8/2/09--Liberty Science Center

A rainy day out so we headed indoors to the Liberty Science Center. We were able to see the planetarium show featuring Elmo and Big Bird--I believe it was called "One World One Sky." It was so nice. We went in this portable blow up planetarium (Amanda is standing in front of it) I could have taken a long nap in there all day!

8/1/09--Grandma and Grandpa babysit

Mike's parents babysat while we went out for dinner. The girls got a kick out of Grandpa aka Puck on the swings.

8/1/09--Olivia H. Chuck E Cheese B-Day

What kid doesn't love Chuck E Cheese? Need I say more? They had a blast. Amanda was so ecstatic--Matthew was there!!!

7/30/09--Concert at Frank Sinatra Park

Amanda and Amanda had fun playing with Claire, Garrett, and esp. Thomas this evening.

7/30/09--Playdate at Daniel's house

Classmate Daniel and his brother Michael and mom Lori invited us over to swim today. They live off of River Road overlooking the Hudson River. They outdoor pool is heated too. It was wonderful. Amanda said she didn't want to go at first because he wasn't going to have any girl toys--but when it was time to leave--she didn't want to go. She was having fun with all the boy toys!!! Abbey too.

7/29/09-- Tennis Camp

Tennis camp today went really well. They even let Abbey participate for a little bit. Amanda was thrilled to actually hit the ball with the raquet both backhand and forehand. Abbey did well too.

7/27/09--Secaucus Swim Center

Our first trip to the swim center. Too bad we only were able to spend a couple hours there before it started to storm out and they kicked everyone out of the pools.
