Hoboken's newest park near the new Maxwell Place building. It is so nice and the view is awesome--they even put in a beach area. Albeit--it is on the disgusting Hudson River--but it looks pretty. We spend a good part of the afternoon playing here with our new friends: Sophia and Sergio.
